Scottish Rite Master Craftsman Program

The Master Craftsman Program is a series of courses designed and administered by staff at the House of the Temple in Washington, DC under the guidance and leadership of the Supreme Council, 33 of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite Southern Jurisdiction. It may be taken as a correspondence course or as a study group with other Scottish Rite Masons. The program uses The Scottish Rite Ritual Monitor and Guide (3rd Edition) by Arturo de Hoyos and A Bridge to Light by Rex R. Hutchens.

When taken as a correspondence course, Brethren work at their own speed and send quizzes directly to The Supreme Council for grading. When taken as part of an Alexandria Valley Study Group, Brethren meet about once a month to review and grade the quiz answers and discuss related topics of interest.

Parts I and II are available from the Supreme Council for $35.00 plus shipping and handling (about $7.00). Part I will include The Scottish Rite Ritual Monitor and Guide (3rd Edition), that sells separately for $75.00. Part I is also available from the Valley Secretary for $40.00.

Brethren will receive a personalized certificate and lapel pin upon completion of each part.
